Going bananas

While there will always be an image of giggles giggeling her way through a banana
I shall endeavor to keep a straight face when eating this:

Butterscotch Bananas

1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup rum or brandy
1/4 cup butter
2-4 large ripe bananas

1) Mix sugar brandy and butter in a shallow casserole dish.
2) Heat on high (Microwave) for 3 to 4 minutes stirring twice during cooking.
3) Add bananas and coat with sugar mixture. Cook on high for 2 to 4 minutes.
4) Serve hot with ice-cream.
